Our birthday and private party packages are built to work anywhere we can get power. Backyards, rented venues, restaurants, rooftops, hotel ballrooms, and private estates all work as long as the surface is flat and there is an outlet within 25 feet.

Birthdays & Parties planning questions
Can you set up at a restaurant or rented venue?
Yes. Most restaurants and venues accommodate us with advance notice. We need a flat area of at least 10x10 feet, 10 feet of ceiling clearance, and a standard outlet within 25 feet. We can send a certificate of insurance to any venue that requires one.
Can I add a roaming booth for cocktail hour?
Absolutely. Many birthday clients book the 360 platform as the main station and add the roaming booth for cocktail hour or dining-area coverage.
How customized can the overlay be?
Very. We build it around your colors, fonts, hashtag, name, age, and any design direction you give us. We send a proof before event day and make revisions until you are happy with it.
What is the age minimum for the platform?
We do not have a strict age minimum, but children under 10 should be accompanied by an adult on the platform. Our operators manage this on site.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend 3 to 6 weeks for most birthday bookings. Popular weekend dates fill quickly in spring and fall. Last-minute requests are sometimes available.
