Corporate planning questions

Can you match our brand guidelines exactly?

Yes. Send us your brand guide, logo files, and any specific design direction and we will build the overlay to spec. We send a proof for approval before event day and make revisions until it passes your standards.

Do you provide a certificate of insurance?

Yes. We carry general liability insurance and can provide a COI naming your venue or organization as an additional insured. Request it when you book and we will have it ready well before the event.

How does lead capture work?

Guests enter their name and email on a tablet before stepping onto the platform. The data is collected through our system and delivered to you as a clean CSV file within 24 hours of the event. We do not use or retain the data after delivery.

Can you run multiple activations or a multi-day event?

Yes. For multi-day conferences or trade show activations spanning several days, we build a custom quote around the full schedule. Reach out with your event dates and we will put together a proposal.

What cities do you serve for corporate events?

We serve San Antonio, Austin, New Braunfels, Boerne, San Marcos, Seguin, and surrounding areas. Austin bookings include a travel fee quoted upfront. We also travel further for the right event — ask and we will let you know what is possible.
