Wedding Photo Booth Rental in San Antonio

Your wedding reception is one night. The 360 booth gives every guest a cinematic slow-motion video with your names, your date, and a custom overlay designed to match your reception aesthetic.

Headline

The Reception Moment Everyone Remembers.

Your wedding reception is one night. The 360 booth gives every guest a cinematic slow-motion video with your names, your date, and a custom overlay designed to match your reception aesthetic — and they share it before they leave the dance floor.

We work with your planner or venue coordinator to position the booth where it gets traffic without competing with the photographer or blocking sightlines. Our two operators manage the line quietly, keep energy high, and make sure every guest gets their moment without any of it feeling chaotic.

We have worked at The Pearl, Lost Mission, Magnolia Halle, The Club at Garden Ridge, and dozens of other San Antonio and Hill Country venues. If we have not been to yours, we coordinate with the venue contact in advance so setup day runs without surprises.

Booking notes

What hosts usually ask before they book

Most wedding clients book the booth for the reception, but some add the roaming booth for cocktail hour so candid guest coverage starts before the platform opens.
Most venues have load-in windows, elevator restrictions, and vendor coordination requirements. We handle the questions upfront and coordinate with your planner, coordinator, or venue contact as needed.

FAQ

Weddings planning questions

When should I book?

We recommend 4 to 8 weeks in advance for most dates. Peak wedding season in San Antonio runs March through June and October through December, so those dates fill faster.

Can you match our wedding colors and theme?

Yes. Share your color palette, design references, and wedding aesthetic and we will build the overlay around it, send a proof before event day, and revise until you are happy.

Where should the booth go at the reception?

We recommend a high-traffic area near the dance floor or bar. We need roughly 10x10 feet of clear floor space, 10 feet of ceiling clearance, and a power outlet within 25 feet.

Can you provide a certificate of insurance for the venue?

Yes. We carry general liability insurance and can provide a COI naming the venue as an additional insured. Request it when you book.

Do you stay the entire time?

Yes. Our two operators are on site for the full rental window — not a drop-off service. They manage the line, assist guests, and handle any technical issues from the moment the booth opens to teardown.
