Graduations planning questions

Can you set up in a backyard?

Yes. We need a flat, level surface, a standard power outlet within 25 feet, and at least 10x10 feet of clear space. Backyards, patios, and covered outdoor areas all work as long as we have power access.

How long does setup take?

We arrive 45 to 60 minutes before your event start time and handle everything. The platform, lighting, and camera are fully tested before the first guest steps on.

Can I use the school logo on the overlay?

We can incorporate school logos when we have permission or access to the official file. We will work with whatever you can provide.

What if I need more than 2 hours?

Additional hours are $150 each. Let us know when you book and we will build that into the quote.

When do I receive the gallery?

Within 48 hours of your event. You receive a shareable link to a full online gallery with every video from the night.
