Travel outside 25 miles of San Antonio, advanced branding, print station upgrades, and roaming coverage can all be added based on your event’s needs. We quote those costs clearly before you book — nothing appears on your invoice that we did not discuss upfront.
Runtime is the biggest variable. Most events run smoothly at 3 hours, while larger guest counts and high-visibility activations often benefit from 4 hours so no one misses out.
